Overall this seems to be a very nice DVD player. I am hoping it will withstand the abuse of a 4.5yr old.

Great for a portable dvd player
I am very pleased with this sony product. I am usually biased toward Panasonic (quality and price) but was not impressed with any of the offerings from them.

Great DVD Player
We got this DVD Player to take on vacation. It did great, did not skip and the battery lasted for over 6 hours between charges. Well worth the price.

This Portable DVD player is great. It is a little larger then most, but fits in the travel case I purchased that can be mounted in the second seat of my car.
